Job Responsibilities: 1. Proficient in using OrCAD or Allegro for schematic design; 2. Possessing practical PCB Layout experience, able to provide constructive recommendations on PCB layout and routing to PCB engineers; 3. Familiar with commonly used components and capable of optimizing the Bill of Materials (BOM) to some extent; 4. Able to independently design and develop solutions based on product specifications; 5. Skilled at promptly addressing and optimizing issues encountered during product manufacturing. Job Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in an electronics-related field; candidates with experience in X86, ARM, or FPGA design are preferred. 2. At least three years of hands-on experience in the electronics industry, demonstrating strong capabilities in electronic product design and debugging. 3. Capable of performing tasks such as debugging and maintaining design prototypes. 4. Strong hands-on skills, proficient in using tools like soldering irons, hot-air rework stations, multimeters, and oscilloscopes. 5. Exceptional communication and coordination skills, coupled with the ability to thrive under pressure and independently analyze and resolve complex problems. Additionally, candidates should exhibit a strong team spirit, a keen willingness to learn, and a meticulous, reliable, and highly responsible approach to their work.
