The BVP1000 Video Stitching Processor is the latest ultra-smart, highly cost-effective video signal processing device introduced by VisionX. It features a plug-in card design housed in standard 1U/2U/3U/5U/7U/14U/26U chassis options, delivering fully digital signal processing. This ensures smooth, high-definition display of video signals at resolutions up to 4K@60Hz and lower on screens of various sizes. Additionally, with its RGB4:4:4 color processing capability, the device produces rich, vibrant colors, crystal-clear images, and remarkably lifelike, detailed large-screen visuals.
The BVP1000 video stitching processor perfectly meets the ultra-high-definition application needs of scenarios such as command and dispatch centers, conference and reporting centers, exhibition and display centers, data operations and maintenance centers, and broadcasting & television centers.

Utilizing a C/S architecture, the software is a green version that requires no installation. It features a responsive interface for managing video signals and splicing layouts across all devices, enabling real-time control with a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) experience.

Unified management of multiple display groups
The single device supports at least 9 sets of spliced displays with different resolutions, allowing signal sharing across the various display groups for a streamlined system that’s easy to manage and control.

Audio demultiplexing
The 8-channel audio card can simultaneously input and output 8 audio signals, and its audio de-embedding feature allows you to separate the audio embedded within video streams.

IPC Fast Decoding
Supports streaming protocols such as H.264, H.265, and RTSP, enabling seamless integration of security surveillance network camera signals from leading manufacturers. Signals can be decoded directly for display on the screen, allowing effortless preview of up to hundreds of channels—enabling real-time viewing with a "what you see is what you get" experience.

Network Port Output Card
The network output card is designed to work in conjunction with the LED receiving card, supporting up to 650,000 pixels per single network port. It allows for flexible and versatile configurations, enabling users to arrange ports in any layout, seamlessly join multiple ports, and even adjust the coordinate origin of individual ports—making it easy to meet the diverse needs of various LED display setups.
At the same time, it also supports secondary development of proprietary protocols to ensure compatibility with receiving cards from different manufacturers.

Channel logo displayed
You can add an image to each layer as a channel logo, helping users easily identify layers and enabling them to quickly and accurately recall the desired画面.

Smart Layout
The signal source can be displayed in various ways on the video wall—such as windowing, layering, across-screen viewing, roaming, and scaling. Each output FPGA system card supports up to 8 windows, perfectly meeting the display requirements of diverse scenarios.

Smart 4K@60Hz processing
Utilizing an RGB4:4:4 full-frame processing algorithm along with line and field synchronization technologies, this system intelligently handles 4K@60Hz ultra-high-definition signals, faithfully restoring image colors while preserving fine details. As a result, even fast-moving video content can be displayed seamlessly, in high definition and perfectly synchronized across the large-scale display wall.

Smart Banner
Supports large-screen banner displays, offers flexible layout customization, and allows you to add custom text and image information.

Intelligent Hot Backup
The two input channels are mutually backed up. If one signal is interrupted, the system will automatically switch to the other channel within less than 100 milliseconds, ensuring uninterrupted display on the large screen.

Intelligent Irregular-Shaped Splicing
Supports intelligent output mode settings, leveraging VisuReal's processing algorithm to fundamentally resolve the issue of displaying different resolutions on large screens under varying loads.

Smart Control
Supports PC software control, mobile and tablet app control, as well as third-party central control protocol integration.

Intelligent EDID Management
Both input and output signal sources support custom resolution settings via intelligent EDID management.

Intelligent Security Assurance

Controlled devices are connected locally for centralized management, while the control interface, buttons, button layouts, and displayed text can all be custom-edited to flexibly accommodate various controlled equipment.
