The Visrui Intelligent Conference Room LED Display Solution is an integrated control system designed specifically for high-density, high-resolution LED displays in conference settings. Leveraging the UT2 audio-video central control management all-in-one unit as its core control device, this solution draws on our company’s extensive expertise gained from years of R&D and manufacturing in audio-video image processors. It’s a tailored, all-in-one product developed to seamlessly accommodate centralized audio processing and large-scale screen-matrix environments. I. System Architecture

1. Environmental Control

The large-screen display, video signals, speakers, lighting, air conditioning, curtains, microphones, and other equipment in the conference room are integrated to enable unified resource management, seamlessly supporting functions such as signal splicing, switching, environmental control, and audio processing.

2. Large-Screen Splicing

The video signal is displayed directly on the screen, enabling display effects such as splicing, multi-screen setups, overlaying, splitting, and roaming. It utilizes field-sync technology to ensure synchronized and crystal-clear image presentation.

3. Signal Source Switching

The video signal can be switched either through the Pad-side software or via the PC-side software. Whether it’s a single large screen or multiple large screens, seamless signal switching and sharing are fully supported—plus, up to eight signals can be freely overlaid, streamed across screens, and visually previewed in real time.

4. Audio Processing

Supports 8-channel audio input and output, enabling unified management of speakers and microphones in the conference room. It also features audio de-embedding capability, allowing separation of audio embedded within video streams.

5. Graphical Programming

Graphical programming replaces traditional text-based coding, offering configuration-as-programming, zero-cost learning, and effortless simplicity.

6. Subtitle Banner

Supports overlaying welcome messages, slogans, and information content directly on the large screen, creating scrolling subtitles—all without requiring external devices, helping you save costs. You can also freely customize text color, font size, and scrolling speed to suit your needs.

7. Signal Visualization Management

Audio, video, and control signals can be visually previewed and managed, while signals can be projected onto the screen—enabling quicker signal identification, eliminating the risk of incorrect signal switching, and ultimately boosting productivity.

8. Security Assurance

The device integrates an intelligent self-check function that can automatically pinpoint fault locations with precision and even print relevant information for convenient diagnostics.
