Traditional projectors and LCD displays are gradually falling short of meeting the need for efficient, high-definition meetings. In today’s conferences, it’s no longer enough to simply showcase text and images—there’s also a growing need to play high-definition videos, deliver real-time data, and present other multimedia content. This, in turn, places even greater demands on display devices in terms of resolution, color accuracy, and dynamic performance.

Therefore, based on the unique requirements of modern conference rooms and leveraging the energy-efficient, long-lasting, and eco-friendly features of LED displays, ViewSonic has introduced its Smart Conference Room LED Display Solution.

The VisruiX Intelligent Conference Room LED Display Solution is an integrated control system designed specifically for high-density, high-resolution LED displays used in conference settings. This solution leverages the UT2 Audio-Video Central Control Management All-in-One Machine as its core control device. Developed by our company based on years of expertise in audio and video image processor R&D and manufacturing, it’s a tailored, all-in-one product optimized for environments requiring centralized audio processing and large-scale screen configurations. It perfectly addresses challenges such as complex equipment selection, difficult debugging, and the hassle of managing multiple, disparate devices—providing users with a single, unified platform that simplifies procurement and service delivery in one seamless package.

I. System Architecture

Functional Features

1. Environmental Control

The large screen in the conference room, video signals, speakers, lighting, air conditioning, curtains, microphones, and other equipment are integrated to enable unified resource management, facilitating seamless implementation of functions such as signal splicing, switching, environmental control, and audio processing.

2. Large-Screen Splicing

The video signal is displayed directly on the screen, enabling display effects such as splicing, cross-screen viewing, overlay, splitting, and roaming. It employs field-synchronization technology to ensure smooth and clear image synchronization.

3. Signal Source Switching

The video signal can be switched either through the Pad-side software or via the PC-side software. Whether it's a single large screen or multiple large screens, seamless signal switching and sharing are fully achievable. Additionally, up to eight signals can be freely overlaid, roam seamlessly, and provide visualized pre-monitoring feedback.

4. Audio Processing

Supports 8-channel audio input and output, enabling unified management of speakers and microphones in the conference room. It also features audio de-embedding capability, allowing separation of audio embedded within video streams.

5. Graphical Programming

Graphical programming replaces traditional text-based programming, offering configuration-as-programming, zero-cost learning, and effortless simplicity.

6. Subtitle Banner

Supports overlaying welcome messages, slogans, and information content on the large screen, creating scrolling subtitles—all without the need for external devices, helping you save costs. You can also freely adjust text color, font size, scrolling speed, and more to suit your preferences.

7. Signal Visualization Management

Audio, video, and control signals can be visually previewed and managed, while signals can be projected onto the screen—enabling quicker signal identification, preventing accidental signal switching, and ultimately boosting productivity.

8. Security Assurance

The equipment integrates an intelligent self-check function, enabling it to accurately pinpoint fault locations through automated diagnostics and automatically print relevant information for convenient troubleshooting.
